Leila Khayampour
Instructor
Hi, I’m Leila I started Pilates over 10 years ago with mat, and somewhere along the way… I completely fell in love with it. That passion led me to get certified in mat Pilates (Merrithew) and reformer (Balanced Body), and now I get to do what I love—teach. There’s nothing better than seeing people feel stronger, move better, and actually enjoy being in their bodies. That moment when it clicks for someone? The best feeling ever. When I’m not teaching, I work as a Product Specialist in the outdoor furniture world (yes, I know a lot about patios), and I also run a small decoration business where I get to be creative and bring beautiful setups to life. Pilates, design, and good energy, that’s my thing
