Ravinder Bajwa
Instructor at Aria Pilates
I came to Pilates as a lifelong runner looking for better core engagement and a way to recover from long hours on the road and trails. What I found changed my body in ways I hadn't thought possible: deeper strength, better alignment, and a new understanding of how movement is built from the inside out.
I am Balanced Body Comprehensive certified with over 500 hours of training, and I am also trained on MOTR and CoreAlign. I teach reformer, mat, and private sessions, and I love working with people at all levels, from athletes chasing performance to anyone who simply wants to move and feel better.
My approach is grounded in patience and precision: slow, consistent practice that meets each person where they are. When I am not teaching or studying for my law degree, you will find me running the trails, in my ceramics studio, or planning my next mountain.
