Everything counts
Memberships, class packs, and every intro offer qualify. There’s no separate plan and no different price: it’s the same rates everyone else pays.
We send the receipt
Ask and we’ll email an itemized receipt with dates, amounts, and the studio’s details. That’s the paperwork most administrators want, without the back and forth.
You submit on your time
Pay however you normally do at checkout, or use your HSA/FSA card if your plan issues one. File the claim with your administrator whenever it suits you.
Eligibility depends on your plan, and some administrators ask for a letter of medical necessity from your doctor. Confirm with your plan administrator before you count on reimbursement; we'll send the itemized receipts either way.
